Happy Memorial Day! Wow, has this been a busy spring, and summer only looks to be busier. Sage is now a Yellow High belt in Taekwondo, and Mike is now a Green belt in Taekwondo, and competed in the Governor's Cup tournament in Ames in both the forms and sparring competitions, where he brought home two first place medals for his efforts! We spent Easter with the Clefisch family, and were blessed to have Cousin Alex with us. Alex also graduated from ISU this spring, and many of our family were able to make it which was wonderful. Nichole is busy with work, finishing her PNF class, and is now a Basic Women's Self Defense Instructor and enjoys doing Joong Bong Sul. The boys have enjoyed several nice days outside, and Katelynn has joined us too for some fun playdates. It is sooo nice to be able to get outside again! Sage only has a few days of school left, and then he will be with Braeden for Summer Adventures. Mother's Day was nice with the boys getting Mommy frames to hang their artwork, which she was very excited about.
